JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:  The Proactive Chat Sales Representative is responsible for providing Sales Excellence via chat interactions to both existing and potential clients. Successful agents are goal-oriented problem solvers with a solid foundation of sales skills and product knowledge.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Embrace Change by staying educated of the business’s ever-changing eComm landscape (deposit and withdrawal options) through the use of Knowledge Base. 
  • Create Valueby interacting with new and existing clients with the ultimate goal of achieving a sales interaction while adding value to our player’s experience
  • Be Passionate in meeting or exceeding:

o  Productivity

o  Deposits per Chat

o  Contact Logging and Audits

  • Efficiently and accurately educate customers on Player Service products and Deposit Solutions.
  • Accurately log interactions as per Proactive Chat logging procedures.
  • Provide feedback and pro-actively communicate changes in the e-comm market to the players.
  • Exhibit Accountability by adhering to department guidelines to minimize fraudulent activity and company risk.
  • Live with Integrity by promoting a positive and professional image on all contacts, internal and external.
  • Perform additional duties and project work as assigned. (i.e. responding to emails, processing payouts,etc.)

Requirements:

§  The capability to not only provide excellent customer service but also to converse with customers in a casual, friendly manner as appropriate.

§  Good verbal and written English is a must.

  • Be self - motivated and have a yearning for personal growth.
  • Able to portray a professional and positive attitude and can live up to Champion’s company values.
  • Ability to overcome multiple objections in the course of a sales chat.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with exceptional time management.

§  Fast learner with a dedication to taking in new information and Embracing Change.

  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Continue to attend and complete any training/upskilling sessions to improve product specific and systems knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
