JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:  The Bitcoin Conversion Expert is a proactive seller who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Their primary responsibility is to initiate outbound courtesy calls to new and existing players offering Bitcoin as another option for deposits and payouts by building trust and confidence in our e-commerce products.

Responsibilities:

§  Stay on top of the business’ eComm options, be an expert in increasing conversions and effectively and accurately educate players on Deposit and Payout Solutions.

§  Make outbound courtesy calls to existing players to convert from current payout method to BTC Method.

§  Assist with eComm related inquiries such as BTC positioning, processing customer transactions, including deposits and payout requests.

§  Ensure that you adhere to guidelines to ensure the viability of payment methods, minimize fraudulent activity and company risk.

§  Promote a positive and professional image on all contacts, internal and external.

§  Meet established productivity goals set for conversions, call handling quality and efficiency.

§  Resolves player complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations.

§  Handle incoming player BTC product and promotional inquiries

§  Liaise and build relationships with the business and other departments to assist with customer inquiries 

§  Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve department targets

Requirements:

  • Strong individual motivation.
  • Strong command of the English language with at least a neutral accent is a must.
  • Good knowledge of Bitcoin is a must.
  • Knowledge in the Australian market/culture a plus
  • Solid verbal and written Sales skills: communication, listening, and problem-solving and must be able to express thoughts freely.
  • Must be flexible with schedules.
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with exceptional time management
  • Can think out of the box and be creative on how to persuade the players.
  • Strategic thinker and identifies opportunities from verbal cues.
  • Capable of working individually and as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
