JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary:  The Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for providing Sales Excellence via outbound interactions to both existing and potential clients, for all leads provided by the company. Successful agents are goal oriented problem solvers with a solid foundation of sales skills and product knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Stay on top of organizations eComm options and landscape
  • Make outbound calls to welcome new clients with ultimate goal of achieving a sales interaction.
  • Make outbound calls to existing clients with ultimate goal of achieving a sales interaction.
  • Meet or exceed new accounts/re-activation goals per week
  • Reach minimum productivity goal requirements. (Talk time and Contacts per day).
  • Acquisitions of new accounts on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ability to overcome multiple objections in the course of a sales call.
  • Efficiently and accurately educate customers on Player Service products and Deposit Solutions.
  • Accurately log interactions as per Sales Call logging procedures
  • Provide feedback and pro-actively communicate changes to the e-com market for players.
  • Adhere to department guidelines to minimize fraudulent activity and company risk.
  • Promote a positive and professional image on all contacts, internal and external.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing department on promotions prior to and post launch of Player campaigns.
  • Contribute to ongoing Sales Department project work when appropriate includinginbound calls as per business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong individual motivation
  • Strong command of the English language with at least a neutral accent is a must.
  • Good knowledge of North America sports is an asset
  • Solid verbal and written Sales skills: communication, listening, and problem solving
  • Good organization and multi-tasking skills combined with exceptional time management
  • An understanding of all relevant products associated with the brand
  • Capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to change and evolve with a rapidly growing company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Telesales experience is an asset
