JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Head of Section (Business Development)
Reporting To: Head of Division (Corporate Planning & Business Development)
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities that will promote the growth of and create value for the Company as a whole by leading the commercial assessment of opportunities to determine the viability of strategic intent via Feasibility Studies, incorporating commercial, technical and economic evaluations.
- Evaluate and substantiate strategic partnerships and alliances which will contribute to the enhancement of the Company's business portfolio and the achievement of business growth.
- Facilitate, assist and co·ordinate in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan by collating facts and figures from various divisions/departments so that the plan is in accordance with the Group business strategy.
- Develop and prepare information and presentation packs to potential investors, business partners and consultants on commercial development projects for investment purposes
- Maintain good rapport with investors, business partners and consultants for networking purposes, keeping abreast of the progress of ventures and providing the link with the project team to translate ideas into action plans.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess a Degree in Business Administration I Economics I Finance I Marketing.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years doing Business Development preferably in a Property and Construction industry.
