JOB DESCRIPTION

SUMMARY

The Outbound/Pro-Active Contact Specialist (Outbound Specialist) is responsible for increasing conversion for new players as well as the value of existing players. Pro-actively search forums and social media and engage with players as required to increase retention and customer satisfaction. The Outbound Specialist will be a goal oriented, results driven individual with a solid foundation of sales skills, customer service skills, and product knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 Outbound calls to all assigned leads with goal of increasing conversion

 Meet or exceed re-activation goals/week

 Hit campaign objectives to influence player behavior

 Help to identify and cultivate new and existing high value players

 Analyze the Daily Disabled Accounts report, review customer interactions and act on win-back opportunities

 Identify the main causes of player disengagement and drive change to improve retention

 Support Marketing Programs to VIP and other high value customers

 Monitor forums and industry related websites, as well as social media for discussion related to the brands we service

 Action forum and social media complaints and issues

 Summarize forums and social media for stakeholders

 Monitor specific individual player performance and ensure that rewards are offered in accordance with business requirements

 Any other duties assigned to support Marketing, and Operations

REQUIREMENTS

 Flexible work hours as weekend, holiday and night work may be required in this position

 Excellent Hindi Language skills, both verbal and written

 Excellent English Language skills, both verbal and written

 Excellent communication skills demonstrated through phone calls, emails, meetings, and presentations at all levels of the organization

 Desire to do outbound calls

 Excellent social skills and the ability to build relationships with players and multiple senior stakeholders

 Technically aware, comfortable working with multiple IT systems, databases, online messaging and e-mail programs

 Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills

 Ability to work effectively as part of a team or alone, in a diverse cultural environment

 Self-motivated, quick learner and creative/critical thinker

 Goal-oriented with the ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely

 Proven track record of exceeding performance objectives

Education and Experience

 2+ years experience in account management, sales or customer service

 Formal training in Advanced Sales, Communications, Hospitality or equivalent

 Experience using Microsoft tools as well as Internet applications.
