Responsibilities:

1.  To conduct HSE assessment services within Malaysia and SEA region.

2.  To assist in report review for assigned project prior submission to client. 

3.  To provide technical input to Business Development for activities related to HSE services.

4.  Achieve competencies for HSE by Malaysia and/or international standard.

Accountabilities:

1.  To carry out HSE assessment services under the requirements of project.

2.  Management of projects and provide summary to N+1.

3.  Deliver consistent technical solution to client and identify potential for improvement.

4.  Aiding other engineers / departments with their contracts / projects.

5.  Form good working relationships with clients.

6.  Attend client meetings to deliver effective technical and commercial solutions to clients.

7.  Assisting with bids and presentations.

8.  Represent Company on related exhibition / committees / work groups.

Authorities (Right to make decision or take an action):

1.  Supervise HSE Consultants.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent

Language: Fluent in English

Computer: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Working experience: At least 5 years on on-shore and offshore related activities

Others :

·  Registered with DOSH as IAQ Assessor/ Noise Competent Person/ CHRA assessor/ Hygiene Technician 1 (Chemical Exposure Monitoring) or 2 (Local Exhaust Ventilation)

·  Good communication skills

·  A team player

·  Strong ethics and integrity

·  Strong knowledge in oil and gas market, willing to share knowledge

·  General working knowledge on Health, Safety and Environment and Occupational Safety and Health
