Resident Manager – Marketing & Business Development (SE Asia)

Direct Report  : Head – International Marketing (Office at New Delhi)

PURPOSE of POSITION

1. To generate profitable business for Company mainly in Oil & Gas Sector
2. To enhance the visibility of the organization
3. To create efficient & dedicated team to work in line with Company's Mission, Vision and values.

PRINCIPAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILTY

1. Profiling & selection of the Strategic Partners
2. To ensure Vendor approval Registration with Oil companies, EPC contractors etc.
3. Designing of publicity materials including branding activities
4. Preparation/submission of proposals
5. Achieving the budgeted revenue & volume
6. Mapping of all the potential customers
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
8. Enhancing the customer base & market area coverage on regular basis
9. Monitoring competition

Qualification & Experience

1. Qualification : Engineering Graduate from a reputed Institute
2. 3-5 years work experience in Sales & Marketing of Projects (Refrigeration systems and Gas compression systems)  
3. Relevant industry preferred: Refrigeration systems, Gas compression systems, Oil & Gas
4. Singaporean Resident
