JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
· To participate in pre-launch activities.
· To assist in the preparation of sales kits, mailing lists, FAQs, etc.
· To report defects of show houses / sales office to team leader.
· To prepare weekly sales reports and post-mortem reports.
· To achieve the sales targets set by the Management.
· To handle sales enquiries including telephone enquiries and walk-ins.
· To prospect for new customers.
· To provide after-sales customer service follow-up.
· To advise purchasers on bank loans / end-financing procedures.
· To liaise with solicitors on the preparation of SPA for purchasers’ execution.
Requirements
· Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication or the equivalent.
· At least 3-5 years of working experience in a Property Development Company.
· Possess excellent inter-personal, communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is an added advantage.
