JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
1. Account Receivable
- Invoice to customers
2. Cash Collection
- To ensure all receipts are updated on time
- Weekly cash collection report
- Follow up collection by calls when necessary
3. Invoice Listing
- Run & prepare Invoice listing and ensure all current sales are captured accurately
- Tally the sales amount to TB & BI Report
4. Sales Analysis
- Perform analysis vs prior year & vs budget during month-end closing
- In charge of sales forecast & budget
- Analysis by customer, by country or by product upon ad hoc requests by management
5. Profit Margin by Customer Analysis
6. Freight Analysis
7. Sales rebate & agent commission analysis
8. Credit Limit Review – Twice per year
9. Credit Insurance
- Monitor Credit Limits & update/submit new credit limits in Euler Hermes
10. Daily Cashflow Update & Monthly Bank Reconciliation
11. GST Returns
- Run GST 03/ checks & resolve any errors
- Print GST Form for signature & submission online
- Liaise with custom auditors for GST issues
12. GRN for KL admin - Receiving after PR/POs are fully approved in the system
13. Bank Negara Report for Export Sales - Quarterly
14. Any other ad hoc tasks
Responsibilities
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
2. At least 5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting positions, ideally doing manufacturing cost accounting / factory controlling functions in a manufacturing background.
