Job Overview

To create the ecosystem business development strategy, fully understanding the value chain of different IoT application ecosystem. To implement and drive partnership strategy. Drive the new business development by ecosystem partners. Establish relevant process and expand design house network and partnership. Design, maintain and improve ecosystem online, offline activities and promotions. Establish and maintain social media platforms. Continue to effectively expand ecosystem scope and effects within the targeted industries (Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Utility, Agriculture and Smart City)

Good understanding of Industrial Revolution 4.0, Big Data and Cloud

Responsibilities and Duties

•Define and achieve partner program goals, including revenue, business win – to support Sales.

•Promote positive Company brand image and broaden the exposure within the industry and outside

•Fully represent Company in front of all ecosystem partners

•Communicate any business opportunities to appropriate functional team (i.e. Sales etc.) for further development

•Constantly brainstorm and explore innovative approaches to expand ecosystem size and scope, broaden the partner network size and effect

•Work closely with various functions to execute new approaches to support ecosystem expansion - work closely with Sales for new architecture for ecosystem online and social media; work closely with Marcom(PR) for external activities 

•Regular knowledge sharing and support ecosystem related topics across Company.

Profile

•Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing and/or engineering know-how in electrical engineering domain; with basic knowledge of software technology and in related areas such as telecoms, IT, etc.

•Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel/Partner Management in the technology industry.

•Project Management skill/experience.

•M2M experience will be beneficial.

•Good team work spirit, close cooperation with Marketing, Application Engineering, Sales team as well as other central functions, including IT, Marcom, and etc.

•Excellent analytical skills in pulling together relevant information to forecast technical and market developments in complex markets and derivation of advice.

•Self-study, benchmark competitors and/or industry leaders, research through internal organization for direction and execution.
