Job Overview

Plans, leads and supervises the sales efforts and programs of the company. Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of all the sales plans of the company. 

Strong legal (contract sales), analytical and financial acumen as well as a competitive-assertive personality with the ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, high-risk sales environment.

Strong organization and prioritization skills, strong inner-drive and self-discipline, computer proficiency (Salesforce, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good understanding of Industrial Revolution 4.0, Big Data and Cloud.

Responsibilities and Duties

•Establishing and maintaining effective business relationships with C-level managers throughout the Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Utility, Agriculture and Smart City industry.

•Oversees all the sales managers of the company and promotes sales excellence in the staff. 

•Developing sales strategy and company sales procedures, training and motivating sales staff and achieving sales targets and revenue goals. 

•Seamless coordination between the Sales department and other cross-functional departments within the Company in planning and executing activities that enhance the business relationship with customers and deliver targeted sales quotas.   

•Other duties include nurturing relationships with top accounts, leading the development of new products and services, participating in national sales conferences and high-level sales negotiations, setting targets and sales goals and developing and managing the sales budget. 

Profile

•The minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT or related fields. 

•Minimum 5 years, sales experience in a supervisory/leadership position for B2B solution sales is mandatory.

•M2M experience will be beneficial.

•Project Management skill/experience.

•Exhibit strong leadership, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
