JOB DESCRIPTION
Profile & Responsibilities:
• Enthusiastic, possess a “Can-Do” attitude and a strong drive for success.
• Responsible for sales activities with the objective of managing and growing service business metrics such as backlog orders, revenue, profitability and pipeline forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers at multiple levels to increase awareness on various Getronics offerings and to improve business development.
• Manage relationships and engagements at various levels including IT function, Procurement and Business leads within the customer organization.
• Ability to manage change and negotiate to positive outcomes internally and in client situations
• Able to move customers to the next stages in the customer journey. Provide relevant information, manage effectively questions and barriers at each stage.
• Involved in the development of proposals in partnership with pre-sales and solution teams. Ensuring that customer requirements and objectives are addressed.
Skills & Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree; MBA Preferred.
• Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience in sales.
• Prior experience in outsourcing in ICT Industry is preferred, but not limited.
• Team player, collaborative with good interpersonal and communication skills. Experience of working in virtual teams will be added advantage.
• Must be social media savvy and creative in connecting and build relationships with prospective clients.
