JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Duties:
• Provides support to regional sales managers and sales engineers
• Coordinates with factory and sales team to ensure meeting the customer’s request shipping date
• Generates quotations and price list for regional sales offices
• Working aggressively with regional sales office to ensure meeting sales target from each region.
• Generates sales reports for regional sales managers
• Deals with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
• Answers phone calls from customers and deals with problems as they arise
• An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
• An ability to work independently and as a team
• Able to read and write in English
• Prefers 3 – 5 years of working experiences
