JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Objective
Identify and build new business/market by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships to meet COROB organizational objectives in new industries outside paints segment.
Works closely with BUs and Agents to build strong relationships with Key Accounts to ensures our market share is growing and protected.
Identifies market opportunities and threats, monitors the competition and proposes course of action, reviews product portfolio in identified industries
Responsibilities
Business/Market Development
· Identify, develop and build potential business in new markets/industries outside paint segment in Asia
· Identifies Market Growth Opportunities and to devise implementation plans.
· Analyzing prospects’ business and technical requirements and developing solutions that meet those needs
· Identifies and develop the right partners and distribution channel
· Strategies growth plan and put into action
· Competition Intelligence Management
Sales Management
· Manages Key Accounts at different levels coordinating with Commercial Leaders and Global Key Account Leader to maximize our market share and profitability and ensure the sustainability of our business.
· Develops and supports sales in non-operating countries through 3rd Party Agents/Distributors.
· Evaluates and recommends sales and distribution channels, including an annual audit of agents and distributors.
· Analyzes customers’ support requirements and identify areas where the company can offer improved service or reduce support costs. • Plan/Map the right product specification and configuration to meet customer needs and offerings
· Formulates suitable and effective communication plan with Global Communication Leader to reach out to the markets
· Organises Technical Training sessions, prepare articles with the help of the Product Management to ensure the agents/distributors have superior product and application knowledge and understanding.
Product Management
· Identifies opportunities to upgrade or modify products so that they meet customers’ needs more effectively
· Reviews product portfolio and strategy with Product Management for each industry
Job Requirements
Formal Education
· Relevant professional degree in Engineering
Work Experience (Minimum)
· 5-6 years developing and managing regional sales activities related to liquid dispenser for plant usage
· Technical support
Organizational Knowledge
· Comprehends vision, mission and values of COROB
· Comprehends COROB business strategies
· Understands market dynamics and related industries state of affairs
