JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Establish and implement supply chain strategies, standards and procedures
· Manage demand forecasts and partner with contract manufacturers and suppliers to achieve customer fulfillment
· Anticipate and execute end -to-end supply chains solutions to meet service level and inventory target
· Provide leadership to a team of supply chain professionals, build team capabilities and develop talents
· Champion Lean culture, identify opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to drive improvements
· Develop and enhance Supply Chain metrics to drive accuracy and cost efficiency
REQUIREMENTS
· Degree in a relevant field
· Min 10 years of relevant experiences with at least 7 years of demonstrated success in people management
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and good user knowledge in SAP-MM, SD.
· Strong interpersonal, influential and communications skills and ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels
· Strategic thinking with ability to facilitate change management
· Ability to drive operational excellence culture and projects
· Ability to interact with English and Chinese speaking colleagues
