JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
Job Scope
Responsible for electrical parts & components, motors and Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems in good working conditions to sustain business demands in the area of QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) to achieve company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor on the proper spare components to be utilized on the production line.
- Review and manage spare parts inventory and make recommendations on the safety stocks holding at suitable levels.
- Review daily machine electrical breakdown maintenance report & follow-up on the recurrence issues on the production line on maximizing production uptime & efficiency.
- Device improvement electrical maintenance program and make machine upgrading through continuous improvement to achieve sustainable machine stability.
- Schedule preventive maintenance planning & execution in view of predictive maintenance scope to improve online reliability.
- Preparation of reliability maintenance monthly report and timely review for continuous improvement.
- Drive improvement project through new technology introduction to the line to achieve improved cost impact.
- Identify near misses and report on unsafe acts, by working with the Safety Officer in minimizing the potential risks of an accident.
- Manage and coach technicians to achieve high work competency in daily work execution.
- Develop technical training via supplier through seminars, conference and discussion.
- Performing audit functions to ensure effective operations for department and company.
- Conduct daily morning meeting in prioritize daily work tasks, and execution of work assignment accordingly.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times, particularly when working with hazardous materials

Requirements
· Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
· Min 5 years of experience in related fields
· Good Interpersonal and People Management skills

· Communication
o Writes and speaks clearly, concisely with confidence. Shows ability to actively listen and seeks to understand the viewpoints of others.
· Good hygiene practice to ensure personal hygiene, workplace hygiene & product hygiene is in place.
