JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day Front-Line IT Solution Center operations and being able to provide solutions independently to the customers
  • Ensuring support for Enterprise Desktop Environment and being proficient in Laptop and Desktop computing
  • Connectivity Services (including Mobile phones, iPads, iPhones, Aircards, Remote Access, Local Area Network)
  • Interact with the users at the Front-Line IT Solution Center without any hesitation
  • Ensure delivery of IT service to the business within agreed SLAs / SLOs including trending over time

Skills and Experience:

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Information Systems or related fields or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years IT infrastructure experience in an MNC
  • Ability to handle customer queries independently
  • Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English and local languages
  • Should have worked in a Customer Support Environment
  • Ability to provide training on new Technologies to users
  • Professional problem-solving skills
  • Eager to learn new technologies and always stays up-to-date on relevant technology standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of desktop, LAN system technologies and mobility services
  • Strong communication skills at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others
  • Broad technical expertise in various architectures
  • Experience in customer service delivery in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure & Applications
  • Knowledgeable in service delivery techniques and disciplines, ensuring full adherence to standards and ITIL framework
  • Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Technologies, Office 365, Microsoft Lync
