JOB DESCRIPTION
Objective
To plan, organize, direct and control the plant activities (Production, Maintenance, Logistics, Warehousing and Quality Assurance) in order to achieve the production plans as defined in the Company’s business goals.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
1. Production Management
· Develop plant’s operation targets that are linked to the operations division objectives
· Aggregate plan, maintain, monitor and improve the plant processes and performance
· Ensure total product availability is accordance with sales forecast
· Health, Safety & Environment Management
· To chair in plant’s HSE Committee and ensure all HSE practices, procedures and activities be compliance with Regional HSE policies
· Ensure dust level be improved and meet the Regional HSE dust target.
2. Cost Management
· Review and ensure plant performance to maintain production costs at an appropriate level in accordance with the financial targets.
3. Directions & Decisions
· Provide & implement directions and day-to-day operational guidance and decisions relating to Plant function
· Guide the sub-functions of Plant to do the right thing to support the Company to achieve business goals.
· People Motivation & Development
· Recommend Plant Department’s annual pay rise budget, appointment, termination, reward, discipline, succession & development plan.
4. Organization Management
· Involve in the implementation of regional process audit, plant internal audit
· Ensure plant’s operating system implemented according to ISO system
· Maintain relationship with local government, residents, customers and suppliers
· Ensure core value be implemented in related functions
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing/Chemical/Engineering or related disciplines
Skills & Experience:
- At least 10 years of manufacturing/industrial experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage efficient production, HSE, quality assurance, maintenance, production planning and supply chain management activities
- Ability to identify and manage technical issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong sense of Integrity and Compliance culture, as well as being an example of it.
