JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct Research & Development into the Next Generation Technology to meet the industry’s dynamic requirements
· Gather customer business requirements and identify suitable solutions
· Provide effective Technology Consultations to customers according to the industry practice
· Provide Technology roadmap planning to customers according to their industry
· Design the Technology Architecture solutions to meet the needs of the business process via technologies
· Responsible for developing high-quality submissions to customers
· Provide documentations and updates of the solutions designed for customers
· Work closely with the Sales and Support teams to support the customers' ongoing services and implementation
· Develop solution offerings with partners and other business units
Requirements
· Degree in any IT/Engineering/Telco-related discipline
· Min. 10 years of working experience with 5 years in a solution selling position
· Understanding of the industry’s technological trends
· Experience in industrial automation solution selling
· Understanding of the property development industry
· Understanding of the building technologies
· Understanding of local authorities’ requirements for new buildings
· Understanding of building architecture designs and drawings
· Capable of designing building's ICT & ELV architecture
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
· Knowledge and understanding of most of the following technologies:-
o IT Infrastructure – Network, System & Storage and Communication
o Data Center Automation
o Physical security Access. Monitoring and Control
o Smart Building Technology
o Green Technology
o Energy Control
o Lighting Control
o Building and Industrial Automation
