JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
· Design reliable solutions to meet the needs of business clients
· Responsible for developing high-quality submissions to customers
· Provide documentation and updates of solutions designed for customers
· To work closely with the Sales and Support team to support the customers' ongoing services and implementation
· Develop solution offering with partners and other business units
· Perform proof of concept and to demonstrate solutions and features to customers
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in any IT/Engineering/Telco related discipline
· Min. 5 years of experience in a Networking/Technical Position
· In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following domains:
i. Network & Security
· Routing and Switch
· Mobility Solution
· WAN optimization
· Firewall, IPS, VPN
· Threat Management
· Network Management
ii. Unified Communication
· TDM Voice Technology
· IP Telephony
· Contact Centre
· Conference Solution
· Video Solution
iii. System & Storage
· Server – Intel and RISC
· Operation System – Windows, Unix, Linux
· Virtualization – VMWare, Citrix & Microsoft
· System Utilities
· System Management
iv. Data Center Practice
v. Application Development
· Business Intelligence
· Database
· Customer Relation Management
· Candidates with experience in a presales background would be preferred
· Vendor certifications would be required (Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, etc)
· Experience in designing large, complex solution
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
