Head of Operational Performance Improvement

Responsibilities:

Maximizing the yield, preservation and enhancement of overall asset performance through the optimization of cost and resources in compliance with safety, quality and statutory requirements within the framework of standard operating procedures and key performance standards to ensure customer’s comfort and satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

·  Manage the study, analysis and management of risks and mitigations faced by the plant and pipeline.

·  Manage the study of, analyze, initiate, recommend and develop the methodologies for the operations as well as plant and piping performance improvements.

·  Manage to identify, initiate and obtain approvals, and manage the procurement of consultancy services and projects comprising of new initiatives for the upgrading or improvement of equipment or plant or piping.

·  Manage the contract administration of consultancy services & projects - monitor, track, report and certify the status of progress, review submittals, inspection, valuation & payment certificates and tests & acceptance.

·  Assist in the HSE management for the Division and manage the closing out of non-compliance.

·  Manage the subject matter specialist on chiller and plant equipment and associated mitigation measures for plant equipment and pipeline network.

Qualification:

·  Degree in Engineering in any discipline

Experience:

·  Minimum 15 years of experience in Assets / Facilities Management and the Plant environment.

·  Specializing in plants and equipment performance enhancement with mitigation measures

·  Hands-on, good in troubleshooting and problem solving

·  Commercial acumen
