JOB DESCRIPTION
The Head of Corporate Banking & Structured Finance leads the entire Corporate Banking & Structured Finance Team. The Head is responsible for undertaking business development activities relating to the functions to ensure that the team deliverables meet the organization’s objectives and targets.
The Head of Corporate Banking & Structured Finance will be providing strategic directions, ensuring business portfolio growth and managing the existing business relationships through the active marketing of the Bank’s product and services.
The Head is also responsible for conducting independent evaluations of corporate transactions & valuation of companies as well as for providing advisory services related to corporate restructuring and other related matters including mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
REQUIREMENTS:-
· A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields.
· A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in related areas and industries.
· Excellent business communication, interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation and management skills.
· Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial markets.
· Up-to-date knowledge of the business environment and the economy.
· Ability to present and explain complex information clearly and simply.
· High profile and possess a wide network of contacts in the corporate sector and Government agencies.
· Strong analytical and numerical skills.
