JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and controls all the day-to-day activities of Banking; collaborates with the Managing Director in the overall operations of the Bank; to ensure maximum profits commensurate with the best interest of shareholders, customers, employees, and the public; develops and implements space-planning strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs and provides a high level of customer relations and service; ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures and attaining established Bank operational and financial goals as well as to focuses on the banking team to build the long-term plans, multi-product/service relationships that meet the needs of customer and results in growth of high quality credits. 

Requirements

· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields, Professional Qualification is an added advantage. 

· More than 12 - 15 years of working experience in relevant industry, out of which at least more than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position for a large division or organization

· High profile and possess a wide network of contacts in the corporate sector and government agencies.

· Has vast experience in strategic planning and execution i.e. formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. 

· Has the knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Have the skills in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures.

· Have the knowledge of public relations principles and practices, as well as communication and public relation techniques. 

· Able to develop and deliver professional presentations to a wide range of audience.

· Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at regulatory bodies and other financial institutions or the private sector.

· Ability to lead, motivate and inspire people.
