JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
· Overseeing the success of the division through achieving loan portfolio growth in contributing to the overall success of the Bank
· Achieving and supporting the Bank’s overall strategic direction and goals
· Developing and implementing development and financing programs as well as engaging and building liaison activities programs with government agencies, NGOs, GLCs and manage the public relations with government agencies to support the SME industries.
Requirements
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields; Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
· Entrepreneurial flair with a strong capability to offer complex financial solutions and services while emphasizing on the SME development requirement.
· In-depth knowledge of the financial/banking industry.
· Demonstrated ability to apply strategies for attaining profitability in banking.
· Sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches.
· Strong relationship-building skills.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills.
· Excellent communication, analytical, managerial, numerical skill.
