JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description for Senior Account Executive
Responsibilities :
· To assist Finance Manager with the monthly closing process, balance sheet, account reconciliation and the first level of analysis of the Profit and Loss for review.
· To liaise with subsidiaries for back-charge matters and ensure all inter-company accounts are reconciled.
· To assist Finance Manager to liaise with external auditor on all open issues during the soft and hard audit.
· To liaise with tax agent for all tax-related matters such as tax queries, tax filing, GST submission and GST calculation reconciliation.
· To handle treasury and ensure cash flow are managed at the optimum level.
· To liaise closely with bankers for daily rate quoting and apply bank guarantee.
· To assist Finance Manager on ad hoc reporting from Group or Regional Office such as quarterly close group reporting, local authority reporting and etc.
Requirements :
· Minimum 5 years working experience & preferably with a reputable MNC or Big 4 Accounting firms.
· Minimum qualification will be bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Professional qualification will be an added advantage.
· Highly energetic, independence, meticulous and high attention to details.
· Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
· Knowledge in ACCPAC accounting software will be an advantage.
