Why does this job exist and why is it critical?
Responsible for the L3 BAU support and work
together with vendor in delivery of Android OS applications under GTM S&S.
Immediate goal is to validate and govern the quality of work delivered by the
vendor. The long term goal is to take back control and ownership of the
application.

What do you need to have for this role?
- Candidate with more than 3 years hands-on experience in Android OS development
- Candidate with a Bachelor's Degree in Computing or equivalent
- Excellent technical knowledge of Java for Android and strong experience of the Android SDK
- Strong knowledge and understanding of different Android platforms
- Experience with multithreading, memory management, code optimization skills and caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices
- Be self-motivated, responsible, dependable and enthusiastic team player
- Aggressive, multi-tasking and able to work independently to meet tight datelines
- Team player, comfortable working across teams and interacting with various departments
- Good communications, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and independently
