JOB DESCRIPTION
Trade Marketing Manager
Job responsibilities:-
- Build and maintain strong rapport with independent pharmacy and key account
- Involve in the trade negotiations, and sales operations of Independent Pharmacy, Lower Trade & Key Accounts
- Ensure opportunities for selling concepts to retailers are identified, maximized and when necessary negotiate optimum space allocated
- Jointly develop and execute trade marketing plan. Manage BRL expenses and track/monitor progress of campaigns as well as conduct business review with clients
- Maintain and develop good professional relationship with trade customers
- Work closely with National Trade Marketing Manager, Sales managers and marketing team to identify challenges and seek innovative solutions
- Participate and support any teamwork activities
- Manage the P&L of agencies within assigned portfolio and ensure preset objectives are met through execution of sound marketing strategies
- Relationship with our clients through enhancing value and meeting agreed objectives
- Assist in all others duties as directed from superior from time to time
- Conduct or make available scheduled product training to internal and external customers
- Include country specific responsibilities and KPI’s
- Negotiate with international and local IP chain on promotions and trade deal
- Resourcefully gather market trend, market share & competitor information as guide in gauging effectiveness of trade marketing activities
- Manage the below the line expenses & ensure all claim submitted timely
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external suppliers
- To identified and develop strategies for trade opportunities
Job requirements
- Diploma in any relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or marketing
- Able to work with disciplined approach towards managing people and work standards
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Excellent presentation skill
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Good interpersonal skills
- Possess strong influencing or persuasiveness abilities
- Creative and innovative
- PC literate – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Must work independently and willing to travel
