JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
· Maintain and monitor the availability of all servers in SME Bank Data Center.
· Perform new server installation.
· Perform operating system patch update.
· Maintain server room environment including fire alarm system, precision air-con system, UPS, and NOC room.
· Maintaining and creating user account setting in Active Directory, Permission to control the working environment of user account and computer accounts.
· Administrator for Rentas system.
· Manage, maintain and monitor the server and network health and availability.
· Plan for server usage to make sure storage, memory and specification capability can extend for the future use.
· Perform the server patches update, upgrade hardware and software.
· Involves in IT projects and provide advice or input pertaining to IT Infrastructure.
· Maintaining branch servers, LAN & WAN, antivirus system and Active Directory to make sure no downtime occur during operational hours.
· Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated with infrastructure administration business continuity plan (BCP) and project management.
· Ensure that system/infrastructure provided by ICT will support the Bank’s operations.
· Plan, develop and manage the ICT Infrastructure policies and procedures.
· Ensure the ICT standard operating procedures and policies completeness & compliance.
· Ensure outsourced IT Infrastructure deliver services within scope.
