SALES & APPLICATION ENGINEER SINGAPORE (JAF)

Job Description

·  Listening to customers' requirements and presenting company's products appropriately to make a sale

·  Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

·  Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businesses.

·  Acting as a contact between the company and its existing and potential clients 

·  Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

·  Gathering market and customer information.

·  Representing the company at trade exhibitions and events.

·  Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers.

·  Resolving any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy.

·  Advising on forthcoming product development and discussing special promotions.

·  Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

·  Gaining a clear understanding of customer’s businesses and requirements.

·  Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

Requirements:

·  Degree/Master in Mechanical Engineering

·  Proven working experience in Sales Engineer positions with at least 2 to 3 years of experience

·  Able to multi-task

·  Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·  Open to Malaysians & Singaporeans
