JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

·  Assist the general manager in formulating the company's performance appraisal indicators and annual budget

· Organise the formulation of various management systems, supervise and inspect the implementation of rules and regulations of various departments, to institutionalise and standardise the company's internal management

· Organise and supervise the implementation of various plans and plans of the company, assist the general manager in the management of the company and the management of various functional departments

·  Formulate the rules for assessing the work quality and objectives of each department, assess and supervise the completion of the work quality and objectives of each department, and check the compliance of the implementation of relevant rules and regulations

·  Assist the general manager in promoting the construction of corporate culture and modern management, and carried out corporate image publicity activities

· Guide the development of the company's talent team, and is responsible for the recruitment and training of the company's employees.

·  Strengthen the development of staff, mobilise all staff to participate in management, and fully mobilise the enthusiasm and creativity of staff

·  Properly handle all kinds of emergencies and unexpected events, and report to the general manager

·  Prepare a material purchase and supply plan according to production demand, timely declare and contact to solve the production gap materials

·  Do a good job in equipment management, put forward renovation plans and equipment maintenance plans, regularly organise maintenance, improve equipment integrity rate and utilisation rate

·  Coordinate the communication and cooperation of all departments related to production, and timely solve the problems in production

· Organise and regulate the production process of various technologies, quality, equipment, cost, output and other indicators

·  Build a mature supply chain system

·  Establish and improve the quality management system and deal with the major quality defects of customers

·  Coordinate all resources to complete new product development and mass production

·  Establish a sound warehouse management system

·  Cooperate with the general manager to regularly report on the implementation of various indicators of Headquarters' operation in Malaysia

·  Understand ISO45001 safety management system standards and requirements

·  Understand ISO9001 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM standards and requirements

·  Understand ISO14001 environmental management system standards and requirements

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related discipline.

·  At least 10 years of related experience in the sheet metal or semiconductor parts manufacturing industry.

·  Strong experience in Operations Management

·  Familiarity with Quality Systems and Tools

·  Knowledge of Sheet Metal.

·  Familiarity with ERP, MS Office and AutoCAD.
