Responsibilities

·  Set-up wafer bumping production, in charge of internal & external (customer) qualification & volume mass production.

·  Manage a manufacturing operation section which activities include production.

·  Responsible for product output and quality control.

·  Strengthen production management and stabilize production.

·  Effectively manage human resources to ensure high level of productivity.

·  Responsible for quality level of the manufacturing process.

·  Manage small group activity & lean manufacturing.

·  Manage the budget and cost of the department to ensure that the company is cost-effective in all its operations.

·  Formulate plans & lead a team to achieve MFG goals & objectives

·  Lead & guide staff to achieve operation/engineering/technical solutions as well as maintain competitiveness

·  Evaluate and manage the bumping team members’ performance & capability based on career development plan of company.

·  Other activities assigned by the direct supervisor.

Requirements

·  Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other related fields.

·  Excellent oral and written skills in English

·  12~14 years of work experience, including 5~8 years of manufacturing expertise in a high-paced environment.

·  Good knowledge of the manufacturing operations/lean manufacturing concept.

·  Effective management, communication, and leadership skills
