JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

This individual will be responsible for the sales customer interface. The objective is to work with CAE and design-in the Company's products and support the customers' needs through the entire business relationship. This person will also introduce and support new products into and through the Company's development and manufacturing process to produce customer-specific, industry-leading 3D Silicon batteries. This salesperson will manage and ensure that customer requirements and the Company's business needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales effort in the China region and act as the sales resource for the Enovix sales team and the customers in the territory
• Work with CAE and the Sales VP and provide the necessary support to the customer in both pre- and post-sales situations
• Manage the interface between the customer and the Enovix teams
• Work with CAE and translate customer requirements into product deliverables for the New Product Introduction and Product Engineering Teams
• Develop and maintain documents for designs and write application notes on specific areas of expertise or case studies
• Prepare and manage updates and communications with customers regarding program status
• Interface with marketing and business development to support project needs
• Align customer requirements to product capabilities and identify development gaps
• Assist in quotations for design-specific information and proposals
• Maintain knowledge of industry and application trends

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
• 5-10 year experience in a technology company scaling up new products and designs
• Experience above in a battery company is necessary
• Intimate knowledge of battery performance and safety behaviour
• Experience working with customers to successfully qualify new battery products
• Experience working in consumer electronics would be highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication and leadership skills
