JOB DESCRIPTION
Report to: Senior AR & Collection Executive
Job Description:
1) In-charge on accounts posting for Cash, Credit Card and Doctor Rebate transaction in Ultra.
2) Collect and update Cash Receipt transaction from various branches and Sales Representative
3) Maintain and distribute Official Receipt book and stationaries to branches.
4) Print monthly Tax Invoice and Statement of Account for Customers.
5) Issuing of Credit Note and distribution
6) Assist in reconciliation of account
Requirement:
1) SPM/STPM/Diploma
2) Minimum 2 years experiences Account Receivables
3) Able to communicate effective in English and Bahasa Malaysia
4) PC literate and familiar with MS Office programs (Excel, Formulation, Charting & Words)
