JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Leading and mentoring a team of Sales and Marketing Specialists in the effective delivery of all sales and marketing plans and achievement of all sales and marketing objectives.
- Conducting and analyzing market survey and research and providing feedback and updates on the property market and customers’ needs to the Top Management for the development of new products and effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implementing marketing plans.
