JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose
To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Innovative approach to talent management to drive talent retention, succession planning, and support our organisational development goals. To collaborate closely with leadership to identify specific skill and momentum opportunities for talent development, we will focus on developing talent development goals and managing the opportunities for employees at all levels. With your experience in talent development best practices, you’ll create a dynamic learning environment that empowers individuals to reach their full potential and contributes to the overall success of our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement digital development and career development strategies to support organisational development goals.
- Identify skill and competency gaps (hybrid-on point assessment) and analysis.
- Develop and deliver talent development and career development programs/initiatives for key talents, managers, and employees.
- Provide and establish focusing and mentoring initiatives for employees to enhance their professional growth. Facilitate the safety, flexibility and form development and career development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development/career development to drive talent retention.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the organisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, organisational development, or related field.
- Proven talent development/career development and succession planning experiences and competencies.
- Strong understanding of talent management principles.
- Strong facilitation skills with key stakeholders, namely the Head of Department and senior leadership team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to design and deliver talent development/career development initiatives.
- Proficiency in talent assessment tools.
- Strategic mindset aligned with organisational goals.
- Strong analytical skills for program evaluation.
