JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary
The Head of sales will be responsible for the growth of the business by leading a small team in fulfilling of sales targets across the fuel market.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline of target customers using market knowledge, relationships, direct engagement and focused marketing activities
- Lead the indoor / outdoor sales to ensure and track sales target and at the same time provide guidance to them
- Liaise with and conduct negotiation with oil majors
- Collaborate with Fuel Sales & Marketing Team to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity
- Drive revenue through prospecting new customers, managing existing customer relationships, and growing business within accounts
- To give a regularly update of every account with Management and propose action plans to increase sales
Requirements
- At least 3 - 5 years of managerial experience in business or market development
- Experience in oil & gas/lubricants is an added advantage
- Hungry and sales numbers driven
- Strong people management skills
- Able to handle stress and meet deadlines
