JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• As a Head of Proposal Management, you’ll lead a team of proposal managers. You should possess a strong understanding of our market and customer needs and can propose our solutions most compellingly and competitively.
• You will be responsible for the successful delivery of systems and service proposals to prospects across the APAC region. 
• Proposal Management: Oversee the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Cost Management: Manage product, solution, and third-party costs within proposals, accounting for associated risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Product and Vendor Collaboration: Maintain a deep understanding of our product and systems portfolio, fostering strong partnerships with third-party vendors to optimize cost competitiveness.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor proposal delivery timelines, analyze win rates across segments and geographies, and implement strategies to enhance success.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal directives and guidelines for all tenders and proposals.
