Summary

The Senior IT Manager (Business Partner) is a regional role, leading a team to manage the IT Portfolio Plan, aligning with the business strategy, and preparing proposals and recommendations to business stakeholders. This role will lead a team of IT business analysts, work closely with regional stakeholders and Sales companies in Asia & Oceania countries, deliver strategic values through business transformations, assess current IT architecture with various teams of solutions architects and align the APAC Sales companies to the APAC IT Architecture:

Responsibilities

  • Manage the IT Portfolio for APAC Sales group companies, ensuring prioritisation alignment with regional stakeholders.
  • Conduct a review of the current system landscape of group companies and ensure alignment with the Regional IT Solutions Architecture for the desired future state.
  • Coordinate with Business Analysts and IT solutions architects to conceptualize, evaluate feasibility, and outline future-state solutions.
  • Collaborate with businesses to develop comprehensive business cases outlining potential benefits.

Requirements

  • We are seeking the next generation of leaders who are dynamic and strategic. In this role, you'll partner with senior executives to craft a forward-looking, multi-year technology strategy aimed at propelling business innovation, transformation, differentiation, and simplification.
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT Business Partner engagement, with strong business acumen for Business Process Analysis, Solution Architecture capabilities, and process simplification/standardization.
  • Experience in both SAP S/4 Consultancy and Business IT environment would be advantageous.
  • Experience in Digital Transformations
  • Knowledge of Sales companies business process, B2C/B2B/Project Sales business operating models
  • Excellent communications skills with business stakeholders (Fluency in Business Language. Possess a deep understanding of business priorities and ability to translate IT problems to Business issues)
  • Ability to organize diverse stakeholders and facilitate teams to achieve productive outcomes.
  • Possess deep analytical skills and effective resource management capabilities.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking and creativity.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology with experience in Sales companies processes
  • Travel is seasonal - 20-30%, primarily to the Southeast Asia Region
