JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilities
- To achieve sales targets by implementing corporate sales & marketing plans for the region. Ability to foster and build good customer relationships for revenue growth and customer retention.
- To understand and identify customer’s product needs, market trends and industry information
- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems
- Maintains relationships with supplier by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Represent organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions
Job requirements
- Diploma or degree in science, marketing or other discipline
- Minimum three (3) of working experience in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak in other local languages would be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software
- Skills in sales presentation
- Possess own transport
