Summary

The Global IT Applications Manager will help provide leadership and management for the full range of information system and business applications activities. This position is accountable and responsible for overseeing the software lifecycle of development, implementation, and management of global enterprise applications across the organization. As a member of the management team, this person is expected to participate in planning corporate growth and aligning the strategic plan with the development of information systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business applications team managing all aspects of application development, configuration, and integrations--ensuring adherence to all change control policies and procedures, including all salient documentation required
• Provide support for incidents and problems for all core business applications
• Work collaboratively with business and IT leadership to ensure proper intake of project and service requests
• Provide oversight of administration and security for systems the business applications team is responsible for

Requirements

• Strong experience with ERP (preferably Infor LN), WMS, EDI, CRM, and/or core systems governance
• Basic data analytics skills: data cleansing strategies, data mining, conversions, and delivery
• Process mapping and analysis
• Experience leading and managing a global team including prioritizing, balancing, and assigning work to meet department and business objectives
• Experience engaging and leading outside consulting resources to meet department and enterprise objectives
• Driven and confident self-starter who can take the initiative
• Foster a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science such as Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
• 5+ years of working experience in applications management roles and people management experience
