JOB DESCRIPTION
Job responsibilities
- Manage change request and assure qualify deliverables
- Monitor, review and ensure adherence of deliverables with global template
- Contribute to continuous improvement of global template
- Contribute to continuous improvement of global template
- Improve competencies in area of expertise with knowledge of business, industry and solutions
- Ensure professional change control on configurations, enhancements and program in compliance to defined policies and procedures
- Contribute to knowledge sharing
- Keep abreast of good solution design, best practices and provide knowledge transfer to team members
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members
- Support improvements in internal operations by recommending changes to process, systems or procedures.
Job requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in information technology
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in SAP SD preferably in retail industry
- Hands on experience in implementation and configuration of ECC6.0 with at least w end-to-end project full cycle experience
- Experienced I global/regional SAP template implementation and multiple country implementation
- Has held team lead roles in SAP implementation and rollout projects
- Able to communicate effectively with all level of staff, vendor/suppliers.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible, innovative and able to work under minimum supervision
- Able to manage issues and provide resolution independently
- Willing to undertake short-term and long-term travel for project rollout and implementation of SAP Worldwide.
- Able to understand financial, material management, logistics and retail business process flow.
