JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Head to help us expand our clientele. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • To implement, monitor and review sales and marketing plans.
  • Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that are designed to meet the needs of customers.
  • Possess market intelligence, result-oriented in market visits, competitor analysis and recommendations.
  • Assess market trends, as well as threats and opportunities from competitors to enhance the company’s value creation.
  • Communicating with customers to understand their specific needs so that they can be met efficiently.
  • Be responsible for the performance of the sales accounts with regard to achieving forecast and budget
  • Provide accurate and timely Forecast's using the appropriate Sales Tools and Processes and maintain all relevant information about Customers, Prospects, Campaigns and Leads.
  • Responsible for managing and servicing key customer accounts and maintaining a high level of sales achievement in target market segments.
  • Survey and understand the current market in order to develop new markets and maintain existing markets under a competitive environment.
  • Align departmental goals and processes with the organization’s short-term and long-term strategy
  • Produce annual business operation plans and monthly, quarterly and annual targets for revenue and profits.

Expertise/Skills

  • Proven working experience as a business development, sales manager or a relevant role esp in Cable, Wire, Box Build and PCBA
  • Proven sales track record
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Market knowledge
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
