JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Our Client is seeking a Program Administrator, Asset Systems Preventive Maintenance to support their global facilities team. The position will be based in Penang, Malaysia. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and to interact with many levels of the organization. The position reports to the Director of Global Facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Administering Core Facilities PM Management Systems worldwide
  • Project planning and deployment of PM systems globally
  • Ensuring PM systems are EQOS aligned and 100% compliant
  • EAM/PM deployment of common protocols globally
  • System management of MOC and change policy and systems oversight
  • Establishing PM/Cal/Spare part systems, policies and procedures
  • Establishing facility work/break/fix order management with priority planning functionality available globally for resource and utilization planning
  • Management of Change policy and systems oversight.
  • Management and oversight of facility changes and notifications
  • Deploy 3–5-year FEMA plans to key sites and manage risk with Facilities Management on an international basis.
  • M&A facilities integration plans and facility asset management:
  • Assist the Director of Global Facilities in special projects related to facilities matters, such as assisting in monitoring strategic and cost savings initiatives, and special assignments, assisting in data gathering, and tracking of special project tasks.
  • Management of facilities rationalization strategy (aligned to Global Operations and Manufacturing strategy), including strategy planning with Operational leaders to determine the “best” fit for their current and future business needs.
  • Assist with administrative duties for the Global Facilities team, such as placing purchase order requisitions, invoice matching, managing facility requests and preventative maintenance assignments and other duties
  • Prepare important site communications related to facilities' changes globally
  • Contractor coordination and scheduling for major projects as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of experience as a PM System Administrator or a combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience supporting multiple levels of an organization is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient “super user” with SAPPM Enterprise Systems, MS Office suite, primarily Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience dealing with confidential documentation and filing practices.
  • Experience working well both independently as well as accepting direction on projects.
  • SAP-Related Skills:
    • Be able to discuss knowledge of the Plant Maintenance Modules – basic.
      • Describe what a t-code is.  (t-code categories below)
        • Equipment - Task Lists
        • Functional Locations
        • Notifications - Creation and conversion to work orders
      • Work Orders - Processing and confirmation to close.
      • Maintenance plans and scheduling strategy
        • General
        • Automatic
        • Maintenance ‘Time’ Strategies
        • The company has their own established N1-N09/PM01-PM09 but the t-codes are the same in SAP to execute.
      • Reporting
      • ERSA Spare Parts (specific to SAP, the company has their own process that we will teach)
    • Advanced skills
      • Be able to describe the different aspects of PM: Time-Based, Performance Based and Condition Based
      • The execution details of t-codes and why
      • How to enter operations, times, and long text to protocols
      • Conversion and updates of time strategies and maintenance plans
      • Call Horizons and Deltas in maintenance plans
      • Continual improvement of the system and use of functionalities
    • Additional requirements and functions of the role:
      • SAP PM Site training, Coordinator, Technical resource, IT interface and System Architect
      • SAP PM ERSA spare part program Coordinator, Technical resource, IT and Procurement interface
      • SAP PM data security designee and role assigner for global operations
      • SA PM core system auditor
      • Ensure the tooling group is in line with the core functionality
      • Facility SOP developer/owner for global facility documents and standard approach
        • Equipment Maintenance and Management (Policy)
        • All SAPPM procedures (20+documents)
        • Calibration process and procedures as needed in systems
        • Overall maintenance metrics management from SAPPM for all site facility teams (Power BI and others)
