JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Lead project management and engineering design team across different regions.
- Lead standard of procedures for project and design team across different branches to achieve better quality control; scrutinize and facilitate project delivery progress.
- Manage and monitor project works with scope compliance, schedule, and cost optimization.
- Strategize resources management inclusive of manpower and material to optimize project revenue.
- Implement, develop, and cultivate company project management operation cultures and processes across branch offices.
- Ensuring effective implementation and installation quality on the project sites as well as the overall integrity of the operation.
- Responsible for the intervention process should there be any issue in the operation.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- PMP certification is an added advantage for the role.
- Possess at least 8 years of experience in managing solar or construction projects.
- Experienced in leading a group of project and design teams.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication.
- Possess a high level of integrity, strong and mature leadership quality with good planning, problem-solving skills and quality consciousness.
- Highly organized and experienced at working on multiple projects simultaneously.
