JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Support the full spectrum of HR operations, i.e. recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, learning & development and employee exits etc.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & selection
    • Compliance with the corporate recruitment processes and/or their adaptation to the local requirements including appropriate document control
    • Analyzing the needs for new/additional staff
    • Knowledge of and use of Corporate Design relating to job adverts
    • Design, layout and posting of job adverts (online and print media); cooperation with headhunters and HR consultants
    • Interviews and selection of adequate applicants in cooperation with the line management
    • Regular contacts with authorities, schools, and universities as part of the search for new employees
    • Monitoring the local labor market
  • Onboarding of new employees
    • Compliance with the corporate/SEA onboarding process and/or its adaptation to the local requirements including appropriate document control
    • Implementation of the onboarding process within the local organization unit
    • Monitoring and conducting feedback interviews after the probation period
  • Employee engagement to support retention and build high-performing teams
    • Implementation of engagement programmes within the local organization unit
    • Attend to HR-related inquiries from staff
  • Learning and development
  • Compliance with the corporate Annual Appraisal Interview (MIG) processes including their implementation and appropriate document control
    • Work closely with SEA HRD to support management level and employees in all kinds of training activities (internal, external, social and professional skills)
    • Building up and maintaining contacts with local educational and training institutions
  • Employee Exit
    • Conducting and monitoring structured Employee Exit interviews with employees who resigned on their own initiative
    • Update of exit codes in SAP HR or adequate system
  • Remunerations and benefits
    • Perform market analysis on remunerations and benefits for benchmarking
    • Review local policies and practices to ensure remuneration and benefits are market-competitive and aligned with GW’s value proposition and the branch’s financial budget
    • Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, insurance etc. including statutory submission/claims
  • HR marketing and employer branding
    • Plan and organize internal and external HR marketing activities (intranet, social media, job fairs, excursions, visits to schools, lectures, etc.)
  • Administration
    • Various administrative duties (HR and employment-related applications and claims, government/industry surveys etc.)
    • HR controlling (reporting of figures to the branch and SEA management level)
    • Maintaining and updating employees' records, information and personal files in accordance with Company policies and statutory guidelines
