JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

1. Financial

  • To achieve the annual targets for After Sales and B&P management
  • Lead B&P management in terms of overall revenue and profit
  • Continue to improve revenue and profitability for the body and paint network and propose alternative improvement plans as required
  • Planning for parts price revision based on the requirements
  • Plan and strategies to improve market share vs PARS

2. Compliance

  • Controlling parts leakages
  • Planning quarterly evaluation for standardization of B&P outlets
  • Controlling the non-compliance issues at outlets
  • To ensure the B&P network able to produce high-quality repairs with the right and proper techniques through the established SOPs
  • To review current business processes and existing contractors or dealers and Insurance panel as well as identify weaknesses

3. Development

  • Plan training for outlets with external parties
  • Leading the teams in terms of standardization PESB working environment
  • Reduce issues related to insurance claims
  • Completion of training for the dealers as per schedule

Requirements

  • Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Business Admin or other related
  • Minimum 10 years of working in managing Service and Body & Paint operations of which 3 years at the supervisory level
  • Familiar with Service and Body & Paint operations and process
  • Technical skill in Automotive and Body Repairer
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing policies
  • Experiences in working with external parties such as insurance companies, adjusters companies and MRC
  • Experience in managing conflict and sensitive issues and achieving positive outcomes
  • Experience in delivering strategic priorities within strict timeliness Managerial and operational skills
  • Effective communication with internal and external parties
  • Paying attention to daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary
  • Ability to understand, implement and monitor performance reports and to ensure all records are analysed and correctly recorded
