JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to get test issues resolved in a timely manner.
- Lead a team to optimize the test process to improve pass yield and save test time.
- Lead a team to take improving actions on test setup to reduce the breakdown time.
- Lead a team to support other departments.
- ECNs management.
- Maintenance management.
- Bachelor’s degree, major in electronic or related.
- At least 5 years of test experience in Low/High Power SMPS.
- Good knowledge and understanding of analogue circuits or digital circuits, the application of electronics, testing activities and test equipment.
- Responsible and reliable
- Possess a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Have 2 years of team management experience at least.
