JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary

Reporting to the Group BP&C Director, the Business Process & Compliance Analyst is responsible for assisting with the implementation and improvement of process control & workflow across multiple business units. In addition, the role will involve developing initiatives and strategies to improve operational efficiency & effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a team to work with functional owners across different business units on process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance
  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
  • Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collaborate on process improvements and automation capabilities
  • Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes while monitoring and measuring feedback on process performance
  • Facilitating workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
  • Partner with internal ERP & Business Intelligence / Data Analytics team to design & enhance reports; create new reports to provide actionable insights into business transactions and performances when necessary.
  • Active engagement with the stakeholders to obtain buy-in on change processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Supply Chain, Logistics Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-6 years of relevant working experience in Business Process Re-Engineering, Supply Chain Operation, and/or ERP implementation in a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly independent with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels across cultures to maintain good working relationships and cooperation in pursuing organisational goals.
  • Must be able to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts to reach consensus around common goals.
  • Knowledge in or exposure to SAP (MM / PP/ SD) is required and Lean Six Sigma will be a plus
  • Hands-on approach with solid experience in the followings:
  • Project Management.
  • Operation Excellence knowledge.
  • KPI / Performance Measurement.
  • Process audit.
  • Policy & SOP Development.
