JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
The Client To Cash - Front Office (CTC_FO) team performs business-critical client-facing processes for firm engagement teams including billing, collections, and client engagement support. The CTC-FO team leverages advanced tools and BOTs to help drive process quality and efficiency. The team works closely with the member firm business to ensure our service aligns with their go-to-market strategy. As a member of our CTC-FO team, you will have the opportunity to interact with many groups across the network to conduct daily job requirements such as:
- Leverage Service Now to process billing requests
- Conduct various client engagement support activities including credit memos, mass time transfer, discount rate adjustment, LTD adjustments, etc.
- Work with client AP departments to facilitate invoice collections, escalating disputes and issues to the member firms' Finance or engagement staff as required.
- Perform routine data quality audits across all data elements to ensure accuracy of information and adherence to data quality standards
- Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required
- Work on special projects to improve service delivery quality and/or operational effectiveness.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of business applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Must clearly understand how to handle confidential information
- Ability to quickly understand and learn new skills and technologies
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus
