JOB DESCRIPTION
Chief Operating Officer
Strategically integrate; provide leadership and oversee the management of all operating aspects of the Company with the objective of ensuring optimal performance and sustainable growth whilst contributing to the Group’s overall business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
· Oversees the Company’s operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of the resources.
· Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key stakeholders including shareholders, funders, customers and partners.
· Focus on recovery process and maximize the process efficiencies.
· Directs the Company’s planning and policy-making committees and approve the Company’s operational procedures, policies, and standards.
· Make decision for the funds of the Company according to the developments.
· Prepares long and short lasting business operations strategies i.e setting business objectives, revenue and quality control
· Develops and execute of annual business plans with the goal in maximize the value of each asset.
· Evaluates the profitability of the various plans formulated by different departments and discusses them with the board of directors
· Overseeing the day to day performance of the Company.
· Prepares financial commitment programs and strategy acquisitions
· Analyzes and distribute budgets to different projects
· Ensures that the financial strategies are aligned towards cost effectiveness and the revenues growth.
· Stay abreast of market conditions in order to understand the position of each asset in its respective market.
· Manages the reporting process including business plans and monthly reports with efficient and timely manner.
REQUIREMENTS:-
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant fields, Professional Qualification is an added advantage.
· More than 12 - 15 years of working experience in Recovery & Rehabilitation of Asset, out of which at least more than 5 years of experience in a senior leadership position for a large division or organization.
· High profile and possess a wide network of contacts in the corporate sector and government agencies.
· Have vast experience in strategic planning and execution i.e. formulating policy, developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
· Have the knowledge of public relations principles and practices.
· Have the knowledge of communication and public relation techniques.
· Ability to develop and deliver professional presentations to a wide range of audience.
· Possess professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to communicate and interact with officials at regulatory bodies and other financial institutions or the private sector.
· Ability to lead, motivate and inspire people.
· A “ go –getter” and willing to go the extra mile.
· Has a personal commitment to organizational excellence; displays honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of ethics in all decision and actions.
